The range of services we offer include: Ø Preparation of bid proposals and detailed budgets Ø Responsibilty for the financial management of the event including collection of all monies Ø Venue selection, tariff negotiation and overseeing all venue arrangements Ø Close client liaison including attendance at all committee meetings Ø Co-ordination and implementation of marketing in conjunction with organising committee Ø Liaison with and co-ordination of the various service providers to ensure service delivery Ø Set up and administration of a dedicated conference website Ø Oversee and manage the entire registration process before and during the event Ø Provision of an on-line registration/reservation system with secure payment facility Ø Abstract submission facility and comprehensive database reporting Ø Delegate liaison regarding their registration and travel requirements Ø Liaison with speakers and VIPs and assistance with their travel arranegements Ø Correspondence with sponsors and administration of sponsorships Ø Management of exhibition and overseeing the set-up of the exhibition Ø Appointment of a preferred airline, flight quotations and bookings at best available fares Ø Co-ordination of all transport and transfer requirements Ø Negotiation of best possible rates with a range of hotels and management of all bookings Ø Supply, branding and delivery of all conference materials and gifts Ø Assistance with layout, production and printing of conference programme and advertising materials Ø Event management, administration and registration on-site during the event Ø Facilitation of pre- and post-tours including technical or specialised tours Ø Arranging all aspects of social functions, i.e.welcome reception, speakers' dinner, gala banquet, etc. Ø Operation of fully-escorted accompanying person's programme Fees are subject to negotiation and discussion with the organising committee, according to the level of services to be rendered.
