AngAsh Projects’ Modular designed system is made of highly designed components which makes building ‘a piece of cake’, straightforward and above all fast and cost effective. Our technology on our Prefab Modular Housing systems prove that a house can be erected in a short duration of time (4-5 days depending on the type of structure) with no mess and no use of heavy equipment. With the help of our current business partners, AngAsh Projects has the capacity to construct 100-200 houses per month. As part of our commitment to community upliftment and development do we utilize local labor – thereby creating employment and skill development opportunities at the site of construction. We also make use of local Structural Engineers, Electricians, Plumbers and Carpenters to ensure we create economics of scale.

The walls are made of Fibre Cement EPS (Expanded Polystyrene) composite. The wall thickness is 150mm. All our buildings conform to International ISO 9001:2000 standards and specifications. AngAsh Projects is registered with the South African NHBRC (National Home Building Registration Council) and the CIDB (Construction Industries Development Program)
