ER SQUARED BUILDING PROJECTS was established in 1982 under the name Motlalome Electrical Contractor cc. The founding member Andrew Moloko Ramaphakela (qualified Electrician / Engineer).
The intent was to provide a wide range of services including Electrical Installation and Maintenance (registered with ECASA)), Building Construction (NHBRC), Plumbing Installation and Maintenance, and other civil related businesses. These services were under the banner of one company at competitive prices; in essence to be a quality service provider where clients can receive a wide range of services from one company at the best possible price.
· The company is now headed by his son:
Eddie Motlalome Ramaphakela (qualified Mechanical Eng and B. Com Grad.). Eddie has wealth of experience from Mining, Automotive and Aviation as the Mechanical Engineer), and futher on as a Financial Auditor, SCM & Business Analyst at the FMCG Industry.
