Various timbers are available to the discerning client; C.C.A. Treated Pine and Saligna are ideal for low-medium traffic areas on private decks or walkways. Zimbabwe Teak and Rosewood, Balau and Macaranduba being more applicable for use on high traffic public areas.Gum poles play an important role in the deck design and can be crafted to become a feature by themselves.
