Present training in conflict management; performance appraisal; Do collective bargaining; wage negotiations; management by objective and present courses in Laedership; Change management; Particitpative Management and Deligation; Client Services; Creative Problem Solving; Interpersonal Skills; The Aggressive worker;Communication and Presentation Skills;Practical Labour Management as well as the conducting of Disciplinary Hearings.
