Global Monitoring is a proactive CCTV offsite monitoring centre with an emphasis on customer service and satisfaction. We take a personal approach with our clients because we feel that safety and security are very personal issues. We are centrally situated near Epping Industria, Cape Town with a wireless highsite in Epping.
Our initial consultation determines the needs of the customer where professional advice is offered on the security system best suited to your premises and your pocket. System installations can be done for clients who do not yet have cameras in place. Existing systems can also be connected to our control centre. Wireless and ADSL connectivity options allow us uninterrupted access to your CCTV system so that our professional and experienced controllers can react to criminal incidents immediately and therefore ensure the safeguarding of your company or home.
Affordability because your company's security guard compliment can be reduced. Affordable "Blank-screen" technology allows for cameras to be triggered by motion detection causing minimal use of ADSL bandwidth, monitoring between times selected by you (eg. when your company is closed and unauthorised trespassers should not be there, or when your home is unoccupied and the alarm system has been armed by you), privacy at your home because YOU control your system.
Connections to your armed response company and the police via radio and telephone allow fast reporting of incidents to authorities who can react immediately. Onsite security guards are also alerted to the whereabouts of trespassers on the premises, and the dangers they may face during incidents.
Additionally, PA systems, lights, electric gates and doorlocks, and fire/security alarms can also be connected to the CCTV system allowing remote access from our control centre and even your own computer or cellphone so that you can see your assets and have peace of mind.
