Application: The Aqua-lock WB Water Repellent system should be applied in an even flood coat. Dilutions of Aqua-lock WB Water Repellent can be applied by low-pressure spray or brush. Apply to substrate until fully saturated. Most substrates require two coats of Aqua-lock WB Water Repellent applied in a wet on wet method. Always test the amount of dilution of application on a test sample of the actual material to be coated to insure that application is correct. Aqua-lock WB Water Repellent may not adhere well to surfaces that have been previously coated with other water treatments or polymeric coatings such as paints, oils, or silicones. Take safety precautions at all times. If body contact or contact with anything surfaces not to be treated occurs, flush surface immediately with water. After application of Aqua-lock WB Water Repellent solution, allow the treated surface to dry for at least 24 hours to develop maximum water repellency. This interval may be shortened somewhat by higher temperatures. While this removes the water quickly, sufficient time must be allowed for the curing reaction between Aqua-lock WB water repellent and the surface being treated. Coverage Rates: Aqua-lock WB Water Repellent (after dilution) will typically treat 300 square feet depending on the type and porosity of the surface to be covered. Aqua-lock WB is supplied as a concentrate from Graffiti Solutions. Therefore, when ordering this product, calculate the amount of concentrate needed to be ordered rather than the amount of solution that is to be applied. Safety Precautions: Aqua-lock WB will release methanol upon formulation with water. Take safety precautions at all times. Always wear protective goggles and gloves. A respirator is recommended. Local exhaust is recommended if spray or mist is created in an enclosed area. A small amount transferred to the mouth by fingers during use should not cause injury but caution should be exercised to avoid this type of contact. Storage & Handling Precautions Store in a cool, dry place at a temperature between 40ºF and 80ºF, out of direct sunlight. An inside detached storage area is preferable. Inside storage should be in a standard flammable liquid storage room or cabinet. Ground containers when transferring liquid from one metal container to another. Do not reuse empty product container for any purpose.
Warranty: Graffiti Solutions guarantees that if properly applied, Aqua-lock WB will exhibit water repellency on treated surfaces for five years. Should lack of water repellency occur through treated areas during the warranty period, Graffiti Solutions will supply Aqua-lock product necessary to restore a water repellent condition to the affected area at no extra cost, subject to certain limitations. This warranty excludes from coverage any and all other products not included in the warranty product description. Replacement of product as provided under this warranty is exclusive remedy of the consumer. Except to the extent prohibited by applicable law, no other warranties, express or implied, are made with respect to the product, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or any other matter. In no event shall Graffiti Solutionsr be liable for any consequential or incidental damages as a result of the purchase or use of this product. Graffiti Remover Erasol AP400 [Thursday, August 13, 2009]
Graffiti Solution System®
Technical Data ERASOL® Graffiti Cleaning Solution (AP400)
Graffiti Solutions 6-9 Trinity Street Dublin 2 Ireland Tel: 00353(0)1-6121499: Fax: 00353-(0)1-6121498
Description The Graffiti Solution System® is a preventive system for graffiti control through use of a permanent anti- graffiti coating process and simple graffiti removal process. It is designed to allow a property owner to maintain a graffiti-free environment-one in which graffiti taggings are removed immediately upon discovery without leaving any evidence of graffiti. The Graffiti Solution System can withstand repeated graffiti removals using the system's remover product without the need of reapplying the coating. Once property is protected by the Graffiti Solution System graffiti removal is easy and economical and the property remains protected against future taggings. Erasol® is the system's graffiti remover product packaged in a non-aerosol spray bottle. Erasol is sprayed over the graffiti tag and then agitated with a brush. Hose off the surface with a garden hose. That’s it! Erasol is biodegradable, non-flammable, nontoxic, and has a pH of 7.5 which allows for safe entrance into ground water. Erasol is readily degraded by typical wastewater treatment plant organisms. Erasol enables graffiti removal without the need for blasting equipment or high-pressure hot water washing equipment.
Features and Advantages: • Non-aquatic pollutant • Will not harm landscaping • Biodegradable • Non-flammable • Nontoxic Graffiti Removal:
Surface Preparation: Surfaces should be thoroughly dry prior to the application of Erasol, water will neutralize the Erasol. Graffiti Removal Steps
STEP 1 - When removing graffiti from an affected area, always start at the top of the graffiti and working downward, spray Erasol® onto the graffiti. Let the Erasol® work for you by allowing the Erasol® to wash the graffiti downward off the vertical surface. Press the spray trigger with sufficient pressure to force the Erasol® into the valleys between any ridges. Spray the area as close as necessary to clean out any pockets of trapped graffiti. Note: removal area should be of an adequate size so that over-spray or splatter will be contained.
STEP 2 - Erasol® will remove some graffiti on initial contact; however, some graffiti will require the Erasol® to be left on a longer time before you can begin to loosen and remove it. If the Erasol® does not begin to loosen the graffiti immediately, wait for 1-2 minutes before agitating the graffiti with a brush. Work the Erasol® into the graffiti by scrubbing or agitating it as necessary with a brass brush until all is loosened.
STEP 3 - Reapply Erasol® as in Step 1 to the entire area to ensure that all of the graffiti is completely loosened. This will liquefy the graffiti and improve the removal. If necessary, use the wire brush to remove any faint shadowing of graffiti. Rinse again with Erasol®. Inspect for complete removal.
1 Graffiti Solutions 00353(0)1-6121499 Rev. 2/10/09
STEP 4 - When the surface is completely clean of graffiti, rinse the surface with water. If the surface is not completely clean, repeat steps 1, 2 and 3 before rinsing with water. A low-pressure water source such as a garden hose or backpack prayer is usually adequate although moderately high pressures can improve removal of paint that may be trapped on surface pores.
STEP 5 - Water deactivates the Erasol. If further removal is needed because some minor shadowing was not removed during original Erasol® application, make sure the surface is thoroughly dry before apply additional Erasol®. Erasol® can be applied again to the surface but only after the surface has been completely dried. - Do not dilute Erasol® - Wear protective gloves and eye wear when using Erasol®. Wash hands with soap and water after use.
Warranty: Subject to the limitations set forth below, Graffiti Solutions warrants to the original purchaser for a period of ten (10) years from the date of purchase, that the Graffiti Solution System surface protectant ("product") will protect the purchaser's treated surface from graffiti defacement, chemical staining, and normal environmental effects and will retain reasonable gloss and color stability so long as the protectant is applied according to the exact procedures set forth under Graffiti Solutions GSS Anti-Graffiti Coating Technical Data Sheet. Description: The Graffiti Solution System® is a preventive system for graffiti control through use of a permanent anti-graffiti coating process and simple graffiti removal process. It is designed to allow a property owner to maintain a graffiti-free environment-one in which graffiti taggings are removed immediately upon discovery without leaving any evidence of graffiti. The Graffiti Solution System® can withstand repeated graffiti removals using the system’s remover product without the need of reapplying the coating. Once property is protected by the Graffiti Solution System®, graffiti removal is easy and economical and the property remains protected against further taggings. There are several different base coatings available in the Graffiti Solution System. Each base coating provides different performance and aesthetic qualities for a variety of substrates. Property owners and architects can choose from a wide range of coating combinations. These include both a completely natural appearance where the natural architectural finish (masonry, stone, EIFS, etc.) is virtually unchanged or pigmented in any color in the natural spectrum. The GSS-10™ Anti-Graffiti System is available in a clear or pigmented version, in flat, semi-gloss or gloss finishes with an unlimited number of color choices.
GSS-10™ Anti-Graffiti Coatings is a high performance permanent finish coating, which provides years of high UV, stain, chemical and abrasion resistance.

Graffiti Solutions 00353-(0)1-6121499 rev.2-10-09
1 Surface Preparation: Surfaces should be thoroughly dry, cleaned and free of dust, surface dirt, oil, grease and other contaminates that might prevent adhesion of the coatings. New concrete should be thoroughly cured 30 days before application. Glossy, glazed and slick-troweled surfaces should be lightly etched or abraded before application of the coating. All natural surfaces to include concrete, all masonry units, brick tile and block must be treated with a siloxane penetrating water sealer; Aqua- lock WB Water Repellent by American Polymer is compatible with the Graffiti Solution System. The GSS-10™ finish coating has a window of time for optimal adhesion potential. If the window of time is exceeded, the surface becomes too hard and the chemical bond between the coats may decrease. The optimal time frame for application is 24 to 48 hours. If more than 48 hours intervenes between two finish coat application, the surface will need to be etched or abraded prior to the application of the remaining coat.
Application of GSS-10 Anti-Graffiti® Coating Prior to the application of the GSS-10™ finish coat, the substrate must be coated with an American Polymer base coating. GSS-10™ finish coat can be applied by brush, roller or sprayer. A minimum of two coats (a minimum of 1.5 to 2.0 dry mils per coat) of GSS-10™ finish coats are required to adequately protect the surface. Allow 1 to 2 hours between coats. Be careful not to over-apply the GSS-10™ finish coat. Pooling or puddling can result in permanent coating defects. Back roll all coats to eliminate runs, drips, or defects. The GSS-10™finish coat should be applied under generally dry conditions, with a temperature between 50ºF-90º F. The surface should be visibly dry and ambient conditions, including relative humidity, should be such that condensation does not form on the surface during application.
Coverage Rates: Coverage rates for both base coatings and finish coatings vary depending on porosity of the surface and method application. Average coverage for two coats is approximately 125 square feet per gallon. This rate is for estimating purposes only. Make test applications to more accurately determine coverage rates.
Clean-Up Instructions: Clean application equipment immediately after use. To avoid having GSS-10™ finish coat set up on or inside application equipment, clean equipment frequently with MEK.
To Mix: 1. Make sure you have the correct GSS-10™ Anti-Graffiti two component kit. T
he kits are measured precisely to a 4:1 ratio. The kits are listed by container size, not volume content.
Kit sizes: Kit 1: 5 gallon Part A + 1 gallon Part B Kit 2: 1 gallon Part A + 1 quart Part B Kit 3: 1 quart Part A + ½ pint Part B
Graffiti Solutions 00353-(0)1-6121499 rev.2-10-09 2 2.
Stir the contents of Part A component to insure proper solution uniformity. Some solids in the Part A component may settle which need to be stirred back into solution. The Part A component must be blended into a homogenous mixture before continuing. 3. Pour the total contents of Part B component into the container of Part A. Mix these components using a drill mixer for at least a three to five minute induction period until a homogonous (well mixed) solution is achieved. Be sure the temperature of the two components is above 50° F during mixing process. When working with the pigmented version of the Graffiti Solution System® make sure the pigment stays well suspended by mixing periodically during the application process, which will insure consistency in color. Handling & Storage Precautions: Store in a cool, dry place at a temperature between 40ºF and 80ºF, out of direct sunlight. An inside detached storage area is preferable. Inside storage should be in a standard flammable liquid storage room or cabinet. Ground containers when transferring product from one metal container to another. Do not reuse empty product container for any purpose.
