Harcourts Cornerstone was originally established as a family concern and the tradition of personalized client care has been passed from father to son, and then further encouraged in all the members of the sales team and office staff. Our dedicated team of nineteen works together with the two principal estate agents, Lance Gouws and Dina Anvari, to attain our constant goal: the best possible results for our clients.

We are a business with a social conscious, so are honoured to take an active role in our local community. Our specific focus is the East London Child and Youth Home, where we are part of the East London Harcourts offices initiative that funds a branded vehicle used to transport the children at their Beacon Bay home to and from school and other activities.
OUR PRINCIPALS
Lance Gouws, agency owner and independent operator, has over 20 years experience in real estate – both in the commercial and the residential property markets. He ably leads his team of professional agents, as well as interacting with his personal clients. His dedication and knowledge have lead to the garnering of a number of awards over the years. These awards are in recognition of both his contribution to the industry and the successes he and the company have achieved.
Lance is passionate about his impact on the property industry and works tirelessly at improving the standards and image of this industry. He has served in various positions and on a number of committees over the years, currently as a member of the Harcourts Licensee Council and as a committee member for PLA, East London’s local property listing association. Lance is also actively involved with the local community and takes his spiritual life seriously. He is a family oriented man who spends time with his wife and two sons in a variety of activities, as well as regularly spending time off-road on his adventure motorbike.
Dina Anvari has 10 years experience and adds depth and experience to the team at Harcourts Cornerstone. She has personally earned many awards in the industry over the years, and ranks as one of the top Harcourts agents in the country. She personally mentors agents, training them in the skills required to become as successful as she is. She, too, is actively involved in her community, with far-reaching contacts locally and nationally.
