We can work from your drawings, from initial sketches or use our design skills to produce new ideas to your specification, combining these with custom colour capabilities to give your product a distinctive look and feel.
In our fully equipped tool room, we have invested in the computer controlled machinery and craft skills essential to transfer designs efficiently into accurate moulds.
We recognize that tooling costs can be very significant for our customers. Therefore we are happy to be flexible in our funding methods. The range of options include:
- Outright purchase and ownership
- Amortisation over an agreed production period for eventual ownership
- Part ownership with limited period of exclusivity
- Addition to the Supertech range at no cost to the client
Development of a custom bottle solution ranges between 1 and 4 weeks, so if you require a bottle that we don’t currently stock, we can match your current design or design something completely unique in no time at all.
We Specialize in lower volume runs and can produce custom bottles in volumes as low as 5000 units.
We have capacity to blow mould bottles & jars up to 1000ml in any shape & size.
We have 2 Litre Extrusion Blow Moulders capable of moulding the following materials – PETG, PVC, HDPE, PP, SBC
