Both landlords and tenants are protected by having a detailed rental inspection done of the property prior to occupation and on exit. We provide an unbiased, independant report, which takes the strain off the estate agent or landlord. Our inspections list defects at the time of entry and this list is backed up with photographs. On exiting, another inspection is carried out and any differences in the report are recorded. Disputes are kept to a minimum as an accurate record has been maintained.

 For the home builder, we offer a Quality Control service. This would entail visiting the building site at critical stages to ensure good building practice as defined in the NHBRC manuals is being adhered to, and compiling the final snag list for the builder on behalf of the property owner or developer.
