Jonginenge's BEACH BOOT CAMP offers the ultimate early morning, full body beach workout. Our workouts offer variety and adventure, as well as a refreshing break from the confinements of the gym and monotony of regular boring exercise. What better way than to start your day with an exciting workout while watching the sun rise, dolphins play and fresh sea spray to remind you that you are ALIVE!
We use the natural resistance of your own body wight, beach sand at water to offer a great toning and strengthening workout with a beach lifestyle edge.
Workouts include: cardio, core muscles, forest and coastal trail runs, dunes, canoe bursts, beach soccer, beach volleyball, a chance to try some surfing & more... EXHILIRATING!

Jonginenge are specialists in curricullum based experiential learning and environmental education. Jonginenge offers customised beach outings incorporating the learning outcomes of the national curriculum and including environment appreciation and adventure activities into each unique outing. We have unique outings designed for each grade in a different part of the Nahoon Point and Estuary Nature Reserve so that learners can return each year for a new and unique learning experience specially designed for their age and readiness. We offer outings from half a day at your local beach to 3-5 days at one of the many sepectacular resorts along the South African coastline. We are 100% mobile.
