Life, Career and Recovery Coaching

This service is in two basic parts with the main focus on clients with Addictions and Bipolar conditions.

1. Motivational Counselling and Intervention Planning
This is work often with parents or loved ones who have someone with a suspected or confirmed substance abuse problem. I help them to clarify the severity and impact of the problem and help them plan various intervention strategies.

this service is also for the person with the problem that needs an assessment and motivation towards further treatment through community-based out-patient services, in-patient centres or statutory intervention.

2. Recovery Support
Most treatment centres acknowledge the essential step of integrating with support groups, 12 Step Fellowships (e.g. AA, NA), a sponsor, counsellor and coach. Life-threatening conditions require life-time support systems to ensure stability, accountability and relapse prevention. That's the work I do.

I have developed a system for career and job finding called "Seven Key Steps for Career and Job Change". I use this in my practice, but recently developed it into an interactive workbook and ebook which uses online resources.
