The role of LukeAhead is to act as the central co-ordination and management point between Virtual Business Assistants and Client’s by following our simple process:
1Initial meeting with Client, either telephonically, via email or in person. During this meeting the Client’s needs are identified and the right solutions provided.
2Define, summarise and quote on the best financial viable option for the Client ie. hourly rate, project package or retainer. These are translated into measurable and manageable projects.
3Gain agreement from Virtual Business Assistant and Client on parameters of project. Processes are clearly outlined so that both the Client and the Virtual Business Assistant are fully aware of all expectations.
4Quotation and Service Agreement accepted and signed by Client.
5Regular updates to Client. Clear consistent communication.
