ProCorp was formed over ten years ago to work with change in the new South Africa: specifically focussed on healing the impact of racism and marginalisation of all groups, including gender, religion, status, class etc
At Procorp we believe that organizations, large and small, function more efficiently and effectively by consciously aligning strategic intention with behavioural competencies (skills, knowledge and attitude)
Over time we discovered much more complexity caught up in perceptions of racism: Quite simply, the quality of human relations will affect the intended outcome of the system – and conversely, the system itself impacts on the potential for human behaviour
The proven outcome of this process is profound recognition and acceptance of the reasons we struggle as we do in South Africa with optimizing relationships across diversity in the interests of shared objectives
By understanding the complex layers in individual, team and systemic patterns, we can more accurately determine the shifts needed to ensure lasting behavioural and performance changes
