Recoveri Tag Whats Yours

Similar to the home kit, 3,000 of Recoveri microdot discs are mixed into a polyurethane solution which is both a transport medium as well as the adhesive to deploying them across areas of an animal and other assets. The solution contains an Ultraviolet material which when exposed to the UV black light will glow a blue hue indicating the presence of Recoveri Micro tags. The solution dries in a hard, clear finish almost invisible from the surface it is on, leaving the microdots firmly fixed in place.

The mixed product is sealed in a “blister packed” containing about 50ml of solution and 3,000 microdots (all of the same number) and then applied using a “brush on” application process.

The product consists of various components which are mixed and sealed in a container and make up the Recoveri Dot product. The components are:

1.    Microdots
2.    Ultraviolet Light respondent polyurethane adhesive solution
3.    Unique number system referred to as the Asset Identification Number
4.    Labels to adhere to the marked asset
5.    Lightweight polyethylene container bag

The microdot is a miniscule 1mm diameter transparent information disc onto which is etched a series of lines of text which is a unique Asset Identification Number or Name repeated across the disc.

Fifteen thousand of these microdot discs are then mixed into a polyurethane solution which is both a transport medium as well as the adhesive to deploying them across areas of an asset. The mixed product is sealed in a polyethylene bag containing about 200ml of solution and 15,000 microdots (all of the same number) and then applied using a patented application process.

3,000 of Recoveri microdots (1mm x 1mm tags) are mixed into a waterbased adhesive. The solution dries to a hard, clear finish almost invisible to the naked eye, leaving the microdots firmly fixed in place.
