This is a giant spit kebab on which D-boned meat is slow cooked over a charcoal fire. We use only the finest choice cuts of meat. The giant spit kebab is basted with our secret home made herb marinade whilst cooking. Once cooked the meat is then carved off the fire into serving dishes and served from the braai. The giant spit kebab is the most popular of the braai options. Your choice of any three choice cuts: D-boned Lamb Leg Roast; D-boned Beef Rump Roast; D-boned Pork Leg Roast; Roasted Chicken Portions.
