We also believe that the cost for doing this should be within business risk limits and therefore we limit our service to Support only. We will and can advice our customers on how to mitigate the risk of hardware failure and in so doing span the maintenance requirements of our customers.

We follow a methodology that puts quality and customer satisfaction above all else. We believe in working fast to limit the interruption on the business to a minimum
