Three-time Chef of the Year winner Jodi-Ann Pearton launched The Food Design Agency in 2008. Young, vibrant and full of energy, Jodi has worked in some of the most food-fashionable spots in the world, and has trained under the guidance of world-renowned chefs.

The Food Design Agency brings an experienced and creative edge to all things food: catering for upmarket events and functions, food styling for photo shoots, new menu and product development, mystery dining, private dining and celebrity cheffing with flair.

The Food Design Agency believes that we eat with our eyes first, so we specialise in creating attractive, tempting solutions to advertise food and related products.
Our food styling services:
Creative brainstorming with clients to generate and interpret briefs
Inspirational pre-production meetings with clients and photographers to ensure consistency and open communication channels
Prop and raw material sourcing
Preparation and styling of product on set
Post-production meetings to ensure client satisfaction with food styling

Menu & product development [Wednesday, June 30, 2010]

   New product development can be defined as the complete process of bringing a new product into the market. Jodi-Ann has worked in a number of successful and well-known restaurants and food chains including Woolworths Culinary Centre, La Colombe Restaurant, The Five Flies, PCP with Garth SHnier and The French Laundry in California with well-acclaimed chef Thomas Keller. Jodi has developed new product lines for Nandos Chickenland (including the Peri Deli menu), YUM!, McCormick, McCain, Sky Chefs, Slo-Jo, SUGO Rosso, Mugg & Bean and Southern Sun. She has also done recipe development for All Gold.
