Description about The Lampshade Studio

Lampshade Studio custom make lampshades in many shapes and sizes. The Lampshades are all handmade and can vary in height and width.

These lampshades can be covered in fabric of the client's choice, or the Lampshade Studio can provide the fabric and if necessary the trim. New lampshade frames are all epoxy coated to prevent rust.

Lampshade Restoration and Lampshade Recovering are also done by The Lampshade Studio. The client can proved their own fabric & trim to finish the restored lampshades.

Lampshade wire rings for the use of wreaths and in decor assessories, can be made up. The wire rings can differ in diameter.

Lampshade wire frames can be made up on request. Kindly provide the necessary specifications for these frames.

The Lampshade Studio are based in Somerset West, but can delivery country wide.

Old Lampshades can be recovered to it new glory. The old fabric gets stripped and the frame reweld and repainted. There after the fabric and trim will be replaced. The client can proved her own fabric and trimms.

Tented Lodge Shades [Monday, 23 May 2011]

These hanging shades were made for a Tented camps of a Lodge in Northern Africa. The colour was a grey hessian and the shade was lined. The shade designed with black strapping along the side with buckles, to add to a look of "a pulling-up" shade. The shades folds up, for easy packing and transporting.
