Description about Town & Country Land Survey & Town planning
Town & Country is a Partnership that was established in February 2006. The practice specialises in Land Surveying and Town & Regional Planning Services, mainly in the Overberg Region. The partners were previously involved in development in the Western Cape (mainly in the Boland and West Coast region) and in the Eastern Cape.
Being a new and a small enterprise, it currently consists of only the two partners, Frank Truter and Louna du Toit. Town & Country is a registered approved supplier on the centralised Western Cape Supplier Database with a 50% HDI Equity Ownership, and also approved and listed on the Eskom Distribution Vendor Data Base for Land Surveying services. The firm often collaborates with architects, environmental practitioners, consulting engineers and other professionals on projects that require a multi-disciplinary approach.
F. Truter is a Professional Land Surveyor that studied at the University of Cape Town. He obtained the degree B.Sc (Geomatics/Land Surveying) in 2000. He is registered with PLATO & SAGI.
L. du Toit is a Professional Planner that studied at the University of Stellenbosch. She obtain and Honours degree in Archaeology in 1998 and a Masters degree in Town & Regional Planning in 2000. She is registered as the South African Council for Planners and with the South African Planning Institute.
The partners mission is to complete all projects in a professional way while striving to enhance sustainable development and to create a better environment for all.
