 Gizmo 3 is a compact, easy to use sms communicator equipped with 4 digital inputs and 2 analogue inputs as well as 4 relay outputs. Each input can be programmed to send a sms message to up to 8 different cell phone numbers per input. (The 2 analogue inputs behave digitally but can also be used to measure voltages.) The 4 outputs are controlled by up to 8 authorised numbers and individual rights can be setup for each. Output 1 can be activated with a missed call which can be used to open a gate at no cost. (long range remote) All other outputs are activated by coded sms commands or linked to an input action. The unit is powered by a typical 12 VDC supply voltage and connections are made with removable screw terminal connection blocks.
Gizmo 3 is programmed with a standard USB connection (included) and using simple Windows based software. Whilst easy to use, this makes the system very flexible and involved programs can be loaded and saved with ease.
Gizmo 3 is prepaid ready so no long contracts required. A 24 hr test sms or call can be configured and can include the unit ID and the airtime balance. (SA only).
