Description about Welridge Academy

Welridge Academy is a private school in Weltevreden Park offering excellent high quality education for young children. We offer a creche facilty catering from Babies to Grade 00. We also cater for Grade R to Grade 3 in 2010. From 2011 we will be catering for Grade 4 and grow to Grade 7 in 2014.

We only have 20 students per primary school class, 24 children in our pre-school classes and our young children starting with the baby class, has a daily program to ensure the children receive a proper education from a very young age.

Primary School and Pre-Primary School [Monday, March 01, 2010]

We have just completed building our new school building. (01 March 2010). We now have 7 new classrooms and can cater for 300 students.

We currently, on 01 March 2010, have 180 students in our school and pre-school combined.

We offer an excellent level of education for all our students starting from our baby class.

In 2010, we cater for Babies to Grade 3 and will ad an additional year every year until we cater for Grade 7 in 2014.

Our aim is to offer two classes of each grade with a maximum of 20 kids per class in primary school and a maximum of 24 children in the pre-primary school.
