Originally a one man business, Martin den Dunnen's Martin's Projects, originated in Pretoria, Gauteng in 1990, starting small with additions and renovations for family, friends and acquaintances. In 1992, with projects in both Hoedspruit and Pretoria, a name change to Property Projects was effected. A love for the bush coupled with great opportunities in the Hoedspruit area, were the deciding factors to permanently relocate to Hoedspruit in 1998.
