Zengani Building Projects isregistered as a closed corporation established in July 2008 by KgaogeloSekhaolelo, Samuel Chinji and David Maseko after a long research andconsultation with various parties. Zengani Building Projects is a fully ownedand managed BEE company specialising in inter-alia, waterproofing, painting,plastering and paving. Soon after formation, Zengani Building Projects had itsfirst contract for waterproofing, plastering, painting and rejuvenating ofpaving in August 2008. Zengani Building Projects has an agreement with SafeguardChemicals as the supplier of all related waterproofing and damp proofingmaterials. The agreement benefits Zengani Building Projects in various waysbesides sourcing of materials. Safeguard Chemicals has mandated to inspect allprogress work that Zengani Building Projects undertakes. This arrangement oragreement starts from the initial stages of survey reports to progress, jobcompletion and issuing of guarantees. As one of Safeguard’s approvedapplicators, we have full rights to Safeguard’s logo, Safeguard’s products andSafeguard’s expert on all Damp and Water proofing related products andinformation.
