We will assist you to draft your will and make sure it is chronologically correctly setup and that it will always be accepted by the Master of the High Court

Deceased Estate Administrators [Saturday, August 21, 2010]

We are Deceased Estate Adminsitrators. This means we go see the clients and complete all the neccessary documents to enable us to register the estate with the Master of the High Court. Thereafter we follow the process as discribed in the Act and make sure all factes of the process are attended to speedily and acutrately to finalise the estate in the shortes possible time period.

Wills [Saturday, January 30, 2010]

We consult with you, draft your Will and when you have accepted the draft, we draw up your original Will for signing.

When you have signed the Will, you have to choice of keeping it in your own possession or eaveing it with us for safekeeping.

We will check the validity of your current Will at no charge.

Trusts [Saturday, January 30, 2010]

We will consult with you regarding your requirements, then draft the Trust and when you are happy with it, we will let you sign the Original and then register your Trust for you.

We can attend to any changes on your trust as per your requirements.
